All deliveries to the UK are inclusive of VAT.
Express Delivery is available on orders received by 12pm Monday – Thursday. These are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DHL Express, depending on the weight and size of your parcel. Please note deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
We accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return your product for either an exchange or a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost except where an error has been made by us or one of our delivery partners. All returned items must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached and with no signs of use or wear. For any items that are damaged or faulty, please email a photograph and clear explanation to sales@sophoslifestyle.co.uk . We cannot accept any returns on any items that have been discounted or purchased whilst on sale.
