Refund policy

We accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return your product for either an exchange or a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost except where an error has been made by us or one of our delivery partners. All returned items must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with any tags still attached and with no signs of use or wear.  For any items that are damaged or faulty, please email a photograph and clear explanation to sales@sophoslifestyle.co.uk . We cannot accept any returns on any items that have been discounted or purchased whilst on sale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note if you are returning an item from outside the UK please include the original invoice and our returns form above, please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER, as we will not accept any import or duty fees on returns.
