If for any reason we anticipate a delay beyond our quoted delivery times, our customer service team will be in touch with you. For all orders placed on our website, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

All deliveries to the UK are inclusive of VAT.
Next Working Day Delivery is available on orders received by 12pm Monday – Thursday. These are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DHL Express, depending on the weight and size of your parcel. Please note deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Please note if you would like a refund for your order you will need to return the item within 14 days of delivery, if you exceed the 14 days any refund will be made at our discretion. All returns must come back to us in a saleable condition with the original packaging and tags. If your item has arrived faulty you may need to provide photographic evidence before a refund or exchange is processed. International Orders:
If you are purchasing an item from our store and you are based outside of the United Kingdom, you may be liable for any taxes, duties, or customs your country may have. We do not adhere to any taxes, duty or customs you may incur after your purchase. Please note if you are returning an item from outside the UK please include the original invoice and our returns form above, please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER, as we will not accept any import or duty fees on returns.
